Getting an account

Accounts are created by your distributor. If you don't have a login yet, ask your sales manager, or write to us and we'll put you in touch.

Common questions

The shelf scan is still reading. A shelf read takes 20–60 seconds. You can keep working — the result appears on the scan screen and a note pops up when it's done. If it fails, tap "Try again" and take the photo once more, one cooler door per shot.

My route looks wrong. Open Today and use "Re-run today's sync" so AIM rebuilds the route from where you are now.

AIM forgot something I told it. Check that Memory is on in Profile → Memory.

No signal in the store. Take the shelf photo anyway — it is saved on the phone and uploads by itself when there is a connection, even if you close the app.

The microphone doesn't work. Allow Microphone and Speech Recognition for AI Sales in iOS Settings, or type to AIM instead.

I forgot my password. Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen for a code by email. If your company has not set up email, your sales manager can reset it for you.

Where do my orders go? To your company's order desk, as your manager set it up — the order screen tells you where each order went.
